Terms of Service
Last updated July 9, 2026
These terms govern your access to and use of Tensorbasis. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
Using the service
You may use Tensorbasis to monitor storefront information that you are authorized to access and to analyze your own business. You are responsible for your account, your monitoring instructions, and compliance with laws and third-party rights.
You may not use the service to bypass access controls, disrupt third-party systems, introduce malicious code, resell unauthorized access, or conduct unlawful surveillance or coordinated pricing activity.
Accounts and subscriptions
You must provide accurate account information and protect your credentials. Paid subscriptions renew according to the billing interval shown at checkout until cancelled. Fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.
Data and recommendations
Competitor information may change between monitoring runs and may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate. Product matches, alerts, price gaps, and pricing recommendations are decision-support tools, not guarantees of market conditions, sales, revenue, or profit.
You remain responsible for reviewing recommendations and setting your prices independently. Tensorbasis does not create agreements or communications between competitors.
Ownership
You retain ownership of information you submit to the service. Tensorbasis and its licensors retain ownership of the service, software, design, documentation, and related intellectual property.
Availability and termination
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service and may limit or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create security risk, or fail to pay applicable fees. You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Tensorbasis is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Any direct liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service during the preceding twelve months, except where applicable law does not permit that limitation.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
