This policy explains how Tensorbasis handles information when you use our competitor monitoring and pricing intelligence services.
Information we collect
We collect account information such as your name, email address, workspace name, and authentication details. We also process the store, collection, and product URLs you choose to monitor.
The service collects publicly available catalog information from monitored storefronts, including product names, descriptions, images, availability, variants, and prices. We may also collect service logs, device information, and diagnostic data needed to secure and operate the service.
How we use information
We use information to provide monitoring, product matching, price analysis, alerts, account administration, customer support, fraud prevention, and service improvement.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use one customer's confidential store information to coordinate pricing decisions for another customer.
Service providers
We use service providers for infrastructure, payment processing, email delivery, security, and operational support. They may process information only to provide services to Tensorbasis and are subject to appropriate contractual obligations.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain legitimate business records. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your account information by contacting us. You can manage monitoring and notification preferences within your workspace.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service changes. We will post the updated version here and revise the date above.
